The Briseteia inn is located in the typical village of Saint-Just-Ibarre, between Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and Mauléon. Completely renovated, it features a restaurant and charming guest rooms. Laura and Mathieu work together to cook the finest local produce in season. The seasonal menu is constantly updated, with homemade, traditional or revisited dishes. Lamb sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, crispy black pudding, Saint-Pierre stuffed cabbage, duck breast from the Lauga farm... And the desserts of a true pastry chef: fondants, entremets, etc. and cheeses.
