The Briseteia inn is located in the typical village of Saint-Just-Ibarre, between Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and Mauléon. Fully renovated, it features a restaurant and 4 charming guest rooms. Laura and Mathieu work as a duo, cooking the finest local produce in season. The seasonal menu is constantly updated, with homemade, traditional and new dishes. Lamb sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, crispy black pudding, Saint-Pierre stuffed cabbage, duck breast from the Lauga farm... Real patissier desserts: fondants, entremets, etc. and cheeses.
