Pascal Kirsch has a sacred reputation in the region. Customer feedback is particularly welcome. And that is deserved. The kitchen here is perfectly done. Imagine, the chef who mixes a pastilla and foie gras fried or who manages to give his letters of nobility to a crystallized shoulder of 7 h, background of braisage to pineau and rosemary. The dish is beautifully balanced in flavours and very gourmet. The service is simple, professional and friendly. Very good.

Je suis venue pour la première fois avec des amis.Enchantée par l'accueil,le service rapide ,les mets délicieux et raffinés....pour un prix raisonnable.Je le conseille fortement.
