Behind this slightly old-fashioned name lies a swimming pool in the Charente River. It is supervised in July and August from 2pm to 7pm. The green spaces around the sandy beach are equipped with picnic tables and children's play equipment, as well as a fitness trail and sports fields. An accro parc for 5/12 year-olds is also available.

On the banks of the Charente, opposite Ile Matard, the Bain des Dames is a popular spot for families to relax, swim and stroll. On-site catering is available in summer.
