The Simonnot estate has been in existence since 1870, and has seen 6 generations of enthusiasts pass down the generations. Based in Châteauneuf, in the Petite Champagne region, its cognac production is made up of beautifully scented blends. The company also owns land in Bouteville, which has enabled it to create the "Fine Champagne" blend. Les vignobles Simonnot offer a free tour of their estate, including vineyards, cellars and distillery.
At the end of the tour, you'll be offered pineaux, cognacs and wines from the estate
