At the foot of the site of Richemont, beautiful historical residence of the late th century, known to be the summer residence of a family of vie and mayors of the town of Cognac, remained intact since its construction. In a privileged setting, 5 min from the centre of Cognac, the property facing the vineyards, crossed by a river and punctuated by a true island of one ha (chairs waiting for guests).
