This cocktail bar, nestled in the building of the former Auger garage, is almost entirely dedicated to cognac. The manager, Guillaume Le Dorner, wanted to make it a cognac temple: a 20 ^m2 wall is filled with cognac bottles with more than fifty references and 12 of the 18 cocktails are made from cognac....
