On the banks of the Charente, this cocktail bar, nestled in the building of the former Auger garage, is dedicated almost entirely to cognac. Manager Guillaume Le Dorner wanted to turn it into a temple of cognac: a 20m2 wall is filled with bottles of cognac, with over 200 references in stock, and 12 of the 18 cocktails are cognac-based... The decor features an oak bar at the entrance, reminiscent of the barrels, lights that look a little like fireflies and comfortable English-style sofas. The ambience features soul and jazz music from the 70s.
