Bar Louise is a plush, contemporary design venue, a haven of peace in the heart of Cognac. Next to the Hôtel François Ier, to which it is attached, it's the city's must-visit cocktail bar - historic, in fact, since it was the first to open in 2012.
The welcome is charming, the service dynamic and the cocktails are little marvels to be discovered. The menu is regularly renewed, and cognac takes pride of place, along with local spirits, a selection of wines and beers, and fooding to nibble on.
