DUBOIS-MOUSSY
Beware, there is a great risk here of going next to an amazing wine production. This young domain (creation in 2002, first cognac in 2003) offers a range as exciting… as cheap. If it is possible to take the contours of their work at each edition of the Gastronomades, the Angoulême gourmet festival, in December, it is equally interesting to go to the meeting of Caroline and Laurent Dubois, on their land or on producer markets. Red wines begin a beautiful crescendo with a very perfumed Merlot - a cream of cassis, ripe - spicy, right and with a fine tannic weft. More structured, the "Louis Hippolyte" has been spent in oak barrels. This wine of a superb dress is offered to the amateur on the express condition of having opened half a day in advance!
