An opportunity to visit the 1900 museum, part of the family winery, which explains cognac
The Dumergue family have kept all their fine clothes from 1830 to 1915, and have had the good idea of displaying them on some twenty mannequins in a room on their farm, staging a wedding. Frou-frou, lace and fine fabrics are not exactly commonplace any more, and this is an opportunity to take a step back in history. The museum belongs to the family winery, whose distillery and cellars are also worth a visit, with an explanation of how cognac is made.
