The Ametzondo Shopping centre, designed by Ikea, is the culmination of a major project for the Basque Country. Located next to Bayonne, Ikea's 75,000 sq. m. shopping mall now boasts more than 90 shops and other living spaces dedicated to children, exhibitions and the cultural and sporting life of the region. The flamboyant and majestic ensemble of indigo blue (in the colours of Ikea) is one of the places not to be missed. Two levels bring together a multitude of shops, restaurants and boutiques.
