The Tambourinour area produces melons from woven countries but also tomatoes, aubergines, zucchini, artichokes, fennel, salads, potatoes, potimarron, spinach… 25 ha are devoted to the cultivation of melon, which begins in February by planting seedlings and planting in full land by the end of March and until June, thus ensuring a staggered harvest. Every Friday afternoon a producer market is held on the spot (fat ducks, snails, meats, cheese, etc.).
