Fresh food and fish & chips on Friday evening in a restaurant near Jarnac.
We're a few minutes from Jarnac in a green setting. The restaurant is installed in an old distillery offering a splendid room. Pierre, the Chef de cuisine, uses fresh products to create original dishes such as mussel fritters with a spicy sauce and a small salad, or fried camembert with raspberry sauce as a starter, or poultry stuffed with Saint Môret with a tomato salsa, or the "Karina" burger with gorgonzola or comté cheese. On Friday evening it's fish & chips, fresh cod and homemade fries with its traditional accompaniments .
