The Halles market is held on Tuesdays and from Thursday to Sunday mornings, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Located at the junction of Rue du Chêne Vert and Rue Banvin, Les Halles is right in the center of town and close to the river. The site was refurbished in 2014 and now houses around twenty stalls, making it a lively market on a human scale. On weekends and Sundays, the market is even busier, thanks to seafood products. The market gives pride of place to local produce and producers, offering a wide range of gastronomic delights.
