LES FRÈRES MOINE

Yann and Gabriel Moine are winegrowers and distillers from father to son, their philosophy: excellence and family tradition which they respect and honour on a daily basis. This estate covers 40 hectares, planted with ugni blanc, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and chenin blanc as well as gamay and pigeon on a few acres. Here the main protagonist is the vine which is allowed to express itself fully, with mastery and discernment. They propose a complete tour around the oak and the cognac, at the "merrandier", then in a cooperage and then in a distillery for a lively discovery of the working of the still and the good Charentaise toasting, you will be unbeatable on the birth of cognac! Finally, you will enter the cellars where the precious eaux-de-vie are aged, and end this visit with a cognac or pineau tasting. Thanks to the originality and the quality of their visits, the Monk brothers won the gold medal at the Trophées de l'œnotourisme 2020.
