This establishment is very appreciated by the Salisiens, but also by the curists passing through the thermal city. The chef proposes a sought-after local cuisine, based on fresh and local products, at reasonable prices. The menu is oriented towards traditional cuisine and meat. For dessert, the profiteroles with caramel and fleur de sel de Salies, the mi-cuit au chocolat and its vanilla ice cream or the pain perdu are a delight! A must in Salies-de-Béarn.

de passage à Salies de Béarn nous avons déniché cette perle très rare cachée dans une petite rue derrière la mairie.
Une petite salle, quelques tables et une carte réduite pour proposer des produits frais. Le patron en cuisine et un serveur courtois.
Beau, beau... beau et bon à la fois ! Aurait dit le grand Jacques.
Sans hésitation, si nous passons par Salies nous y reviendrons.
