Patrick and Luc have breathed new life into this establishment, well known to the people of Sare and the surrounding area. At the entrance to the village, at the foot of the Rhune with its terrace, come before or after a session of pala in the trinquet, for lunch or dinner with our chefs, who work with and source most of their produce from local producers.
