You will discover a "sincere" cuisine, paying homage to local producers and respecting seasonality: try the fish rillettes from Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the marinated Manex ribs with cowboy sauce, the fruits with verbena syrup from the garden... Nous y avons passé un week-end exceptionnel. Idéalement située, cette magnifique maison typique est parfaite pour un dépaysement total. Nous avons pu observer avec joie les oiseaux migrateurs ainsi que les moutons et chevaux en liberté lors de nos promenades mais aussi les levers de soleil sur les montagnes.
Tant le petit déjeuner que le déjeuner et le plateau repas du soir sont excellents!
Toute l'équipe est sourillante et aux petits soins.
