At this agricultural farm specializing in auroch breeding, visitors can discover local products, watch them being made and even taste them directly on the plate, in the restaurant which has just opened in the summer of 2024.
The owner is Xavier Chanssart, who shares his passion for the green auroch, the closest common ancestor of all cattle breeds. He also has Gascon pork, Limousin cows, beef and zebu, which he feeds with the farm's organic cereals and fodder.
