Located in the cru des Fins Bois, the Shovelling vineyard, on the domaine de la La, distilling, assembles and fait the eaux-de-vie from its production for four generations. The high quality of the products offered by this house is matched only by the events it proposes throughout the year to make the public discover the universe of cognac as well as a musical and artistic universe that Loïc Shovelling strives to discover. From December to January, you will be able to take part in the «still breakfast» and enjoy the cozy atmosphere in the distillation room; in summer, relaxation concert and picnics are organised as well as tractor rides across the area.
