RAISED STONE DOLMEN

This monument, which is only the skeleton of the original burial monument, nevertheless remains very impressive. The stones serving the table are more than two metres high and the table itself is more than 5 m long and 80 cm thick. It would weigh over 5 tonnes. The corridor leading to the burial chamber and the stone mound covering the whole have disappeared. Located there for over 5 000 years, the granite table now in the middle of the vines. The dolmen has been classified as Historic Monument since 1983. For a trip to the Neolithic that will delight children and adults, a visit is required!
