In the north of Chalais, this vineyard is spread over 16 h. The so-called «again» stills date back to 1906. From these are manufactured from pineau (white and rosé) as well as cognac that ages then happily in oak barrels. Pineau, cognac and charentais wines (Cru des Bonne-Bois) sell directly on the farm and can also be ordered. A visit to the wine-growing area, from the farm to a free train every Wednesday from 15 am to 19 am in the summer or by appointment, takes 30 minutes. It is possible to participate in the milking of cows between 17 h and 19 h.
