Some treasures are worth the trouble to find, and this is the case when you arrive at the Françoise Fleuriet canning workshop. This nugget is the vinegar made in red oak barrels using a traditional method from 4-year-old pineau AOC. White and rosé pineau vinegars, and other artisanal condiments, enhance the flavors on the plate, and have earned well-deserved recognition from the culinary world.

Accueil sympathique et visite instructive. De façon artisanale, Philippe et Françoise Fleuriet élaborent un vinaigre de Pineau des Charentes Blanc et rosé. Une découverte très intéressante à l'utilisation multiple.
