At the foot of Touvre, water comes out of the earth to form a river. Bouillonnements at the surface allow to locate three outbreaks: The Font de Lussac and the well-appointed Hot (from the outpouring of a vertical current) and Sleep (regular and not visible current). In fact, thirteen kilometers farther west the Bandiat and Tardoire are lost in the karsts to show in Touvre. It is a beautiful site, built for the promenade. Note that this is France's second most powerful resurgence and, above all, it should not swim despite the clarity of the water, you would be taken by the broths.
