For over 30 years, L'Huîtrière de Ré has been the ideal place to buy or taste oysters. The store features local and regional products, such as salt of course: coarse, bloom and flavored, the inevitable pineau and wine, and of course its oysters in season. We recommend you buy the special oysters - they're simply amazing! What's more, you can buy these famous shellfish at any time of day from the oyster vending machine, the first to be installed on the island.
