Since the 19th century, five generations of Golla have succeeded one another in this establishment, passing on a true know-how. The suites pay tribute to illustrious Alsatians: Albert Schweitzer, Tomi Ungerer, Germain Muller, Biréli Lagrène, Marcel Marceau, Charles Munch. In the restaurant, you can taste arctic char from the Vosges, pike-perch supreme, trout from Sparsbach, duck, squab, venison and hare. For dessert, the apples of Kriegsheim with Streussel will delight you.
