For over 20 years, this small residence has been welcoming those wishing to discover Marennes and the surrounding region. It's ideally located, just 10 minutes from the Ile d'Oléron! Gérard and Martine will give you a warm welcome, and point you in the right direction. The six houses are grouped around the heated swimming pool, with a fenced-in terrace and garden furniture. Sleeping up to six people, they offer every comfort.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Maison bien aménagée et agréable. Piscine très bien entretenue et très agréable. Endroit très calme. Situation assez centrale permettant pas mal de visite.

Accueil chaleureux de Gérard et Martine, villa fonctionnelle et très propre. Il n'y a rien à redire sur la location (équipements et literie de qualité). On se sent comme à la maison mais en vacances ! La piscine chauffée de la résidence est idéale pour les enfants et les parents. La soirée éclade avec coucher de soleil est un moment magique. Une grande bouffée d'oxygène où l'on découvre une superbe région tout en étant dans un village calme loin de l'excitation de nombreuses stations balnéaires. En résumé nous recommandons vivement !

Petite résidence vraiment très agréable !
Tout est très bien entretenu et l'accueil est chaleureux et convivial. vous aurez même droit à un petit pot d'arrivée avec les autres résidents (mais je laisse la surprise du lieu).
Également très bien situé, car a 10-15 min. d'Oleron et proches des commerces du centre ville. (3min. en vélo).
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !
