Restaurant offering a small terrace and featuring traditional cuisine.
Located on Châtelaillon's main boulevard, this restaurant offers a small terrace sheltered from the wind, with round tables, or a room dressed in an ecru coat, interlaced with a few chocolate stripes and featuring a pretty parquet floor. Take a seat in one of the large black chairs, and you'll have a direct view of the chef and an oversized mirror. There's no doubt that you'll be greeted with a warm welcome, especially by the owner, who will be delighted to chat with you. The menu showcases traditional cuisine based on fresh produce, with dishes to suit all tastes. Starters range from warm shrimp moelleux to salmon tartar with apples and basil, and Morteau brioche sausage. The plates are attractive, highlighting dishes such as the pan-fried squid with parsley, the cassolette de la mer and its range of vegetables, or the quasi de veau crème de porto. Desserts dare a few original touches, such as strawberry soup with mojito syrup, or white chocolate and raspberry tiramisu.
