This restaurant is located in the centre of Châtelaillon, only a few steps from the covered market and pedestrian streets. People come here for lunch as well as to discover a surprising place called Rayon de Soleil, a building created at the end of the 19th century. We enjoy tasting the famous menu in one of the two rooms, both bright, or on the terrace, which can be enjoyed from spring. As in all Bistro Régent restaurants, the menu is short and the atmosphere is relaxed. We come here, with family or friends, to enjoy a formula that offers an attractive price-quality ratio. Choice of tartar: salmon or beef tartar, duck breast fillet, rump steak heart or salmon escalope à la plancha, to be eaten with fresh chips served at will and a salad bowl of lettuce. The welcome and service are very pleasant, you can feel the desire to please your customers. Would you like some dessert? Gourmet coffee, profiteroles or Melba strawberries are on the program.
