Restaurant offering very hearty dishes and traditional and classic regional cuisine in Courcoury.
Philippe Guillaud took over this restaurant over 3 years ago. This chef, a jovial man who does not hesitate to come and greet his customers in the room, as he lives, with generosity and conscience. The rooms are very rich and the dishes are simply tasty, without a sophisticated search. Traditional traditional and regional cuisine, but the cooking of meat is just right, which is rare, and no less than 4 vegetables to accompany them. Delicious calf head in salad, kidney of tender calf and rosé and a big cake to three light chocolate and base as everything. If that is possible! A typically local base, courcourienne, presents everything that the goose can count on watering dishes: neck, heart, gizzard and liver… because the goose is the emblem of Courcoury, with its famous summer party. Local customers at noon, the menu of the day is very attractive. The wine list is reduced but offers good wines at reasonable prices. The bottle is taken away, if it stays, in a bag intended for this purpose, and that is good! In short, Amarylis is an address that does not disappoint.

Sinon restau propre assez chic d'apparence.
