This unique site is part of the Echappées Nature network. Thanks to a secure pathway, you can explore this site between steep stone cliffs and narrow gorges overgrown with lush vegetation (ferns, orchids). You are invited to discover the history of this surprising site, from which the stones used to build so many monuments were extracted. The museographic area tells this story, as does the little tour of Genny, the site's mascot.

Un lieu magique. On se promène avec un guide au cœur des carrières abandonnées et envahies par une végétation luxuriante de fougères et de lianes. Un casque sur la tête et petit et grands traversent ce domaine improbable en apprenant la rude vie des ouvriers des carrières. Une découverte exceptionnelle.

Les Lapidiales ;c'est un site fabuleux ou des sculpteurs de tous les pays du monde sont venus écxécuter les oeuvres dans les anciennes carrières, maintenant les sculptures sont faites sur des socles estdispachées dans les villages alentours.

Superbe visite d'une carrière avec de belle sculpture. 2 visites différentes sont possibles. c'est aussi un bon endroit pour être au frais pendant la canicule.
