Cuisine comme l'indique le nom du restaurant : du marché, on croise régulièrement le chef le matin au marché de Jonzac, je suppose qu'il élabore son menu du jour en fonction de ses trouvailles. Carte restreinte mais vraiment de qualité. Une très bonne table de la ville, excellent rapport qualité prix. Un petit effort sur le service et l'amabilité du personnel et ce serait parfait
