For 4 years, Philippe Girard has been at the helm of this renowned hotel restaurant and restaurant with his style and kitchen. Open all year round, the hotel's 10 rooms are not rarely. All of them have a swimming pool at the bottom of the garden and have a private terrace where you can relax. Modern and spacious, they have a beautiful bathroom with separate toilets (except 2 of them) and a flat screen TV. On the kitchen side, the table has a good reputation because the Chef serves only fresh and local products that change as seasons come from local markets for, vegetables, fish, meat or bread. Moreover, all producers are listed on the last page of the menus. From this immutable base, the Chef likes to work fish and meat according to his fantasy. The emphasis is on flavour and accompaniment, vegetables are varied and different depending on selected dishes. The day menu at 18 € does not lack a taste of taste with always impeccable and warm service and atmosphere in the 3 intimate, intimate rooms.
