BRET'S WATERMILL
The water mill alone tells part of Jonzac's history, and houses a scenography dedicated to 50,000 years of history.
Restored and brought back into operation in 2007, the water mill alone tells part of Jonzac's history. Created in 1706, on a canal that brings water from the Seugne, it now houses a scenography dedicated to 50,000 years of human settlement in the valley. You can watch two films retracing the history of the river and the archaeology of the site. The young miller will passionately share his love of the trade with you! A store is also available.
