Don't expect to find a traditional restaurant here. This oyster farm is above all a place dedicated to all those who wish to make a stopover to taste ultra fresh products. The atmosphere is pleasant, the welcome friendly, enough to make you want to relax for a good moment while devouring sea products. Here, no mystery: the seafood goes directly from the producer to the consumer. It's up to you to choose from a short menu. Of course, the oysters are in good place: in platters from 6 to 16 and accompanied by bread, butter, lemon and the inevitable glass of white wine. You can also find mussels in summer and clams cooked in different ways.

Et on passe un moment exquis à déguster, huîtres, palourdes, accompagnées d'un verre de blanc, à des prix ridicules. Ce fut excellent et nous y reviendrons pour goûter le velouté de salicorne.
