Restaurant hut at the rhythm of the marshes and the seasons in La Flotte.
This is undoubtedly one of the most pleasant restaurants on the island. What a pleasure it is to sit on the magnificent shaded terrace and enjoy the sea view and the freshest seafood: mussels marinière, oysters marinated, hot or in tartar, fish soup... In the boutique, you can take away oysters, of course, but also local products and live shellfish from our tanks! You'll also find all these products at the medieval markets in La Flotte and La Rochelle.
