This bakery is definitely worth a visit! The place invites you to enter with its large glass surface that allows a glimpse of the oven and the workshop. You don't just buy a baguette, but a 100% organic and gluten-free bread. Laurent uses only old wheat flours from organic farming, natural leaven, salt from the Ile de Ré and prepares products in an artisanal way. The result is magnificent: delicious breads, with subtle aromas and which keep very well. On the pastry side, you won't miss the delicately caramelized kouign-amann. Note that you will find the breads in many points of sale and even in some restaurants.
