Restaurant with a smiling and dynamic welcome in La Rochelle.
Already four years that the sparkling Mary left his adoption Périgord to settle in the heart of the halles. After learning to cook the perimeter specialties along with Francis Delpey, she decided to export this rich kitchen to make it discover the Rochelais or the pass gourmet. By entering you will be seduced by a smiling and dynamic welcome. It's true, the interior space is as small as colorful, but it doesn't matter. On the menu, a short map that varies according to the seasons and the desires of Mary. On a terrace on the terrace, you will probably want to taste one of the salads that are on the map: Périgord salad of course with toasts of duck rillets, dried magret, black ham… The other emblematic dish is undoubtedly the duck confit, a pretty thigh accompanied by the famous potatoes jumped into the duck grease and the inevitable omelet to the old potatoes. Only the greedy will dare to eat a dessert: seasonal fruit, nut cake or cheese base.
