Depuis 2021 nous dînons chez Iseo à chacun de nos passages à la Rochelle car nous adorons ce restaurant. Hier soir on se retrouve sur la table près de la porte (alors qu on a réservé il y a 3 semaines!). On a donc eu droit à un diner aux courants d air. Service toujours aussi agréable et appréciable mais plats moins appliqués qu avant et sensation de devoir en finir vite pour enchaîner avec le second service. Le rendement aurait il dépassé la recherche la qualité ? Dommage .... ce midi nous avons testé son cousin le ginger que l on a plus apprécié car plus cosy et les plats étaient vraiment travaillés. On a peur qu Iseo ne devienne qu un restaurant lambda au même niveau que les restaurants qui jonchent le port.
