Fresh products in one of the best Asian restaurants just a few meters from the market.
This is undoubtedly one of the best Asian restaurants in La Rochelle. Located in a quiet street, just a few meters from the Halles, Sakura is well worth a visit. It's a great opportunity to enjoy the warm welcome of a couple who are as attentive as they are discreet. This restaurant is a sure bet for sushi lovers, as chef Jeff has been preparing sushi in the purest spirit of Japanese cuisine for over twenty years. It's true that the dining room could do with a little sprucing up, and you'll have to wait a long time at times, but who cares, here you're sure to enjoy fresh produce. All you have to do is look at the menu to understand why so many sushi lovers come here. The key word here is freshness - simply unmissable! Of course, Le Petit Futé advises you to devour sushi in pairs (salmon, sea bass, sea bream, pollack...), maki (pickled radish, cucumber, tuna). Several menus are available for the whole family to enjoy. Would you like your friends to try this cuisine? Don't hesitate to order! A must for those who want to discover the true treasures of Japanese gastronomy.
