Yamato is not one but two restaurants. The first is located under the arcades of the Mining Street, the second is located in the Gabut district just a few steps away from the Chalutiers basin. The two establishments propose to discover Japanese cuisine through a wide map. It's impossible to quote all the dishes on the map. One thing is sure, everyone can be happy with the various menus offered. Sushi can of course be enjoyed (salmon, tuna, mackerel, shrimp) but also California (salmon salmon, green apple baked tuna), Spring Roll (cheese, tempura shrimp) and multiples (beef, chicken, chicken wing). Please note, for two or more people, opt for boat menus.

Je ne suis jamais déçue de mes plats.
Les sushis sont bons malgré le fait qu’il y ait un déséquilibre entre la quantité de poisson et de riz. Les californias sont bons et de très belles variations maîtrisées.
Les brochettes sont excellentes.
Et j’ai testé pour la première fois les yakitoba au canard laqué qui étaient délicieuses (mais assez sucrée).
Accompagnée dans un menu de salade de choux, d’une soupe miso (sans tofu) et d’une portion de riz nature.
