Restaurant offering sandwiches and a children's menu in La Rochelle.
This is one of the latest fast-food concepts to emerge on the other side of the Atlantic. In La Rochelle, there are no fewer than three such outlets, one in the city center, another in the university district of Les Minimes and the third in the Beaulieu shopping zone. You'll recognize them by their green facade and the large counter displaying the various ingredients. The principle is simple: first you choose the size of your sandwich (15 or 30 cm), then the bread (wholemeal, oat and honey, parmesan and oregano, Italian...) and, of course, your filling from among all those placed in the bins in front of you: cheeses, vegetables (cucumbers, green peppers, red onions...), meats (ham, turkey, beef), sauces (honey, mustard, sweet onion). Subway also offers a "Kids'Pak" children's menu, which includes a mini sandwich, a bottle of water or fruit juice, and a fruit gourd
