The Belvedere is the property of the Cousin Catering House. The restaurant has kept its exceptional view of the Ile de Ré and its viaduct. Different rooms are available and the magnificent terrace will fill you up if the weather allows it. On the tasting side, the Chef likes to cook fresh and seasonal products juggling between land and sea with quality meats and local fish. Everything is homemade and worked with raw products. Whether for a business meal or a romantic dinner, the Belvedere is a nice gourmet break before leaving for the Ile de Ré.

accueil très froid,carte restreinte à 2 plats(3 serait plus interessant),à peine chaud, très classiques,sans aucun goût ni charme.Poisson très frais ,bien cuit.Dessert très sucré.
Le vin est bon.
