En sobriété, des produits raffinés tels que la truffe, les coquilles saint Jacques ou les ris de veaux, sont assemblés et dressés avec minimalisme. Un sens faute, les saveurs sont équilibrées, mais nous ne fûmes pas surpris.
Les desserts sont très bons, mais ce n’est pas non plus le voyage gustatif.
Le service était minimaliste, mais pourrait être plus en adéquation avec le standing de l’établissement.
