Un menu en 6 escales absolument parfait. La cuisine est raffinée, originale et parfaitement maîtrisée. Service agréable et chaleureux. Ambiance élégante tout en étant conviviale. Une très bonne adresse qui va vite devenir un incontournable rochelais!

Nous avons trouvé le déjeuner tellement délicieux qu’en sortant nous avons réservé pour le dîner le lendemain soir. ???? Allez un petit bémol sur le pain qui n’est pas très savoureux! Dommage.

Un menu travaillé dans un lieu sublime. Nous avons été conquis par cette soirée du 31 décembre. Le repas etait à notre gout ( sauf le homard un peu trop spécial) et merci au chef pour la parenthèse instructive sur le shiso.

Super repas du nouvel an. Par contre les chiens au restaurants c’est moyen . Le service au top avec un sommelier a qui vous pouvez faire confiance les yeux fermés. Ont recommande ce restaurant
