La sortie des plats est très longue alors que seulement deux tables étaient occupées.
Les serveurs sont très jeunes et assez inexpérimentés ce qui ne paraît pas en phase avec l’image que souhaite donner l’établissement. Ils donnent toujours l’air d’être dépassé.
Les plats peuvent être excellents (les pâtes aux homards sont divines) comme moins aboutis (le filet de bœuf non saisi quel dommage !).
Globalement ça manque de cohésion et cela se ressent.
