This cinema is one of the most popular spots in La Rochelle. It owes this as much to its atmosphere as to its location in the heart of the Old Port. It's the ideal place to catch a movie on an afternoon out on the town. The cinema is also known for the warm welcome it always receives from its staff. Recently renovated, it's as pleasant as it is clean. Forget the gigantism of the mega CGR in Les Minimes, this cocoon offers comfortable seats. A neighborhood cinema par excellence, it's praised for its warm atmosphere and unique location.

Le CGR Dragon de La Rochelle est idéalement placé en plein coeur du centre ville, à côté du vieux port et de la grosse horloge. Mais l'affichage est assez discret et on peut passer à côté sans pour autant le voir. Les salles ont été rénovées il y a quelques années et sont donc au niveau des standards actuels. Il n'y a que 6 salles, mais cela reste suffisant pour un cinéma en plein coeur de la ville.
