A.R.P.A.E. included Association Rochelaise for student reception. It comes from the city of La Rochelle, the public office of HLM and the university. Its goal is to accommodate students in one of the 600 houses to enable them to reconcile their studies with a pleasant environment. The residences are all located in the heart of the university park offering students the proximity to the important places they can reach by bicycle or bus. The residence La Parc de la Francophonie is the most symbolic building since established in 1992 with two buildings on four levels.

Good: apartment properly equipped kitchenette with fridge, light between good in the apartment with a small balcony.
Negative: if you request repairs or other home suite for example an inventory of fixtures, workers have permission to return home without you not present.
The tax of home and the television royalty are submitted to the tenants of some of the apartments arpae and others are entirely given by it, that is to say saying that it would be a financial replica in the rents applied. I saw them and it is not a major difference.
To be able to someone about the arpae, the arpae are only open 4 days a week and from 13 to 16:00.
The arpae is supposed being a financial backer like the others, but the clauses in the beams are a little too many with my taste.

It is impossible to visit an apartment before signing the lease which is done in June for a starter in accommodation in September.
