This park is perfect for a snack break, on a bench or on the grass, while admiring the ducks and geese.

Situated in the extension of the famous Parc Charruyer, this is one of the most popular spots for the people of La Rochelle. You'll appreciate the shade offered by the tall trees, the family atmosphere, the children's games and the bucolic setting of the canals, home to ducks and geese since 1890. Since then, the park has constantly welcomed new animals: peacocks, fallow deer, Poitou baudets, Poitevin goats... an ideal setting, to say the least, for the whole family!

The park park Charles-Édouard Beltremieux is an exceptional park because I did an internship, my first 3 rd internship. The team responsible for caring for the different animals of the park but also for green spaces, made me comfortable for the first moments for a week.
