Bordered by the canal of La Tremblade, this pretty stone house hides a marine and relaxed atmosphere: white wooden walls, buoy on the wall and generous plates. Here, you come to taste a éclade, a typical Charente-Maritime recipe in which the mussels are set up vertically and then covered with pine needles that are burned until the shells are cooked. Éclades de moules à tester, très bon.
Desserts plutôt simples mais tout de même bon.
Point négatif au niveau des portions ( selon nous ) trop petites.
Les prix restent sinon correctes et point positif car le restaurant ainsi que son personnel est authentique.
Les frites maisons étaient trop bonnes… Obligés d’en reprendre…
