Hosted by José and Gilles, "Chez Gaby" has been living at the rhythm of maritime, saline and cabotage activities dear to fishermen and oyster farmers... since 1961. The air of nothing, it has been half a century that this small hut in the port of La Tremblade welcomes seafood lovers. This cabin is located in a unique environment, along the channel with a view of clear views with good iodine scents. The sea and its products form a menu rich in flavours: fish soup and its garnish, mullet accras, oysters from the Leaning Hut, crab soup, creamed mussels with pineau, clams stuffed with charentaise.... In low season, take the time to keep your eyes open to admire this unique landscape.

Small more, even when there is world is not tight including oysters in baskets...
